  • I saw a video on Instagram the other day that really helped me when it comes to this. The guy in the video said to write down all your problems on a piece of paper, and then only work on the ones that are in your control while crossing out the ones that aren’t. I think that’s a perfect way of going about it because our mind gets clogged with so many problems and we expect ourselves to be able to solve everything, just fix what you can and don’t worry about the rest :)
