The brainstorming solutions part might be hard but once you get used to it life gets easier. Once the time is up, set everything aside and move on with your day, you did your best. 🕒📓

  • Mind Mapping: Create a mind map of your worries and regrets, then brainstorm positive actions or thoughts that can help you address or release them. This’ll make the everything feel more manageable. I like to think of this as basically an extension of worry time. Worry time is where you break the ice and then mind mapping helps you polish up the brainstorming part. 🧠🗺️

  • Laughter Therapy: Watch a comedy show, read a funny book, or spend time with friends who make you laugh. Honestly it seems silly but laughing can be so helpful and a lot of us just don’t laugh enough. Just because you’re going through something doesn’t mean you can’t laugh or enjoy your life. Laughter is literally a natural stress-reliever and helps you let go of negative emotions. 😂📺
