I Avoid Toxic People
See the end of this to help starving babies with literally a tap (takes one second)
Hey! 🤍
Not everyone in your life is meant to stay. Some people drain your energy, cross your boundaries, or make you feel small instead of supported. It can be hard to admit, but the truth is this that avoiding these toxic people is an act of self respect. You don’t have to carry relationships that leave you feeling worse than when you walked in.
Choosing distance doesn’t make you cold or unkind, it makes you wise. It means that you’ve decided your peace matters more than someone else’s chaos. Protecting your energy allows you to focus on the people who genuinely care about you, who add light instead of darkness. Who make you feel loved. And when you step away from toxicity, you create room for healthier, more loving connections to enter your life. It’s not about shutting people out, it’s actually about choosing the environment where you can grow. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is admit that certain people simply aren’t good for your heart, no matter how much you wanted them to be. And with time, you’ll start to see how much lighter life feels when you surround yourself with people who lift you up instead of weigh you down.
Remember, boundaries aren’t walls, they’re DOORS, and you get to decide who you let walk through. Avoiding toxic people isn’t selfish, it’s survival, and it’s how you honor the life you’re building for yourself. It’s hard to cut them out at first, but it feels so much better later.

A Little Note from Me:
I know how hard it can be to let go of people, especially when history or love is involved. But sometimes love means loving yourself enough to walk away from what harms you. You deserve relationships that leave you feeling safe, supported, and valued. Protecting your peace is not cruelty, it’s courage. And over time, you’ll see that letting go of toxic people is what allows better ones to find their way in. 💛
With care,
Your friends at PeacePulse <3
