I Love and Accept My Body as It Is

See the end of this email to help starving children with just a tap (takes one second)

Hey! 🤍

Your body is not your enemy, it’s your home. It’s been with you through every experience, every emotion, every moment of growth. You have to learn to love and accept your body. This means releasing the need to constantly fix, compare, or criticize it. Your body doesn’t have to look a certain way to be worthy of care, comfort, or love. It’s already doing something incredible, it’s keeping you alive, letting you laugh, move, feel, and experience life. Stop letting social media change your perspective on what you should look like.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of “I’ll love myself when…”, when I lose weight, when my skin clears up, when I look different. But the truth is, your body deserves love now, exactly as it is. Every curve, every mark, every part of you tells a story of strength and survival. When you start speaking to yourself with kindness instead of criticism, something shifts, you begin to see beauty where you once saw flaws. Some days you’ll feel good in your skin, and other days you won’t, and that’s literally fine. You don’t need to be confident every single day to still be worthy of love and acceptance. What matters is that you keep trying to show your body the same compassion it’s always shown you by never giving up on you.

Like I just said, some days you’re gonna feel great, and others days you won’t, and that’s okay. Acceptance isn’t about perfection, it’s about peace. Your body doesn’t exist to please anyone else, it exists so you can live, feel, and experience the world fully.

If you have moved, you could save on car insurance

Did you move recently? Car insurance rules vary widely from state to state. Minimum liability requirements in one state may be far below what’s required in another. A best practice is to compare coverage limits and shop around for quotes whenever you move, rather than just updating your old policy. Check out Money’s car insurance tool to review coverage in your new place and see if you could save.

A Little Note from Me:

There’s been times where I stood in front of the mirror wishing I looked different, and sometimes still do. But I have realized that my body doesn’t need to earn my love, it just needs my kindness. The way I speak to myself matters more than any “flaw” ever could. You don’t have to love every part of your body right away, even just treating it gently is a start. Some days I still catch myself comparing, but I remind myself that my body has never stopped showing up for me. And that alone is reason enough to be grateful. 💛

With love,
