I’m Stronger Than Anxiety
See the end of this email to feed a desperate child with a single tap. (takes one second)
Hey,
Anxiety has a way of making everything feel importnt, loud, and personal. It convinces you that something is wrong, that you’re falling behind, that you should have figured this out by now. Being stronger than anxiety doesn’t mean you don’t feel it, it means you keep living even while it’s there. You still show up to work, respond to texts, make decisions, and get through days when your mind is telling you ten different worst case scenarios at once. That’s not weakness. That’s endurance.
What people don’t always admit is that anxiety feeds off our modern life. The constant notifications, comparison, bad news cycles, pressure to be productive and “okay” all the time, it’s just way too much for any nervous system. So when anxiety hits, it doesn’t mean you’re fragile. It means you’re human in an overwhelming world. And even on the days when anxiety feels like it’s winning, the fact that you’re still here, still trying, still reading something like this, that’s proof it hasn’t taken you down.
Being stronger than anxiety doesn’t mean it disappears. It means it doesn’t get the final say.

A Little Note from Me:
If anxiety is loud right now, that doesn’t mean you’re losing. It means you’re carrying a lot, and you’re still standing. And that matters more than you probably give yourself credit for.
