I radiate positive energy

Hey,

People talk about positive energy like it's something you either have or you don't. Like some people just wake up glowing and the rest of us are supposed to figure out why we can't keep up. That's exhausting to believe. And it's not even true!

Positive energy isn't a personality type. It's not loud people or the ones who post about gratitude every morning. Real positive energy is quieter. It's the person who still shows up when they're tired. Who listens without waiting for their turn to talk. Who chooses not to add fuel to something that's already burning.

A lot of us have been carrying heavy things for a long time. And somewhere along the way, someone made us feel like that meant we were negative people.

You can be going through something hard and still be a source of warmth. You can be healing and still bring light into a room. The energy you carry isn't measured by how happy you look, it's in how honest you are, how present you choose to be, and the small ways you treat people with care even when life isn't treating you that way.

You don't have to perform positivity. Just keep being real, keep showing up, and keep choosing, even on hard days, not to let the weight of everything turn you cold.

That's where the energy comes from.

A Little Note from Me:

I used to think positive energy meant always being okay. I'd push down the hard stuff and try to stay light for everyone else. But that's a mask, and it gets heavy fast. The most grounding people I know aren't positive because life is easy. They just decided, over and over, not to let their circumstances be the last word on who they are. You can do that too, even today.
